Can you believe tomorrow is April already?! Crazy. Today, I wanted to share with you all real quick this yummy salad.

A couple of weeks ago, I was working an event (Did you know I’m a Jamberry Consultant now?! LOVE IT!!) where they offered lunch, and the proceeds went to a couple different organizations. The lunch consisted of lasagna, salad, and bread. Well the salad was so delicious! I lucked out because they were also selling these homemade cookbooks that the ladies at the church put together and the salad recipe was in it! Of course I had to buy one.

Here’s the recipe, with a couple different tweaks to it, but you definitely need to try it, because it’s great! Perfect for lunch or add with dinner.

Cranberry Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bag romaine lettuce (salad)
  • ? cup red onion, sliced
  • ? cup almond slivers
  • ? cup chopped banana chips
  • ? dried cranberries
  • ? salted sunflower seeds
  • 1 large granny smith apple, chopped
  • 1 cup red grapes, sliced
  • ? cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together with Poppy Seed (I used Panera brand!) dressing!
