The Eggland’s Best information, coupons, gift card, and additional gift pack have been provided by Eggland’s Best.

We have Florida’s famous oranges, Maine’s lobsters, and Washington’s crunchy apples. Every state has it’s own famous foods that can be used to create anything from traditional cuisine to family-style recipes and more – all of which can be elevated by one superior ingredient, Eggland’s Best (EB) eggs.

Breakfast, lunch, or dinner – there’s no denying the versatility and many nutritional benefits Eggland’s Best eggs have to offer. Compared to ordinary eggs, each EB egg has four times more vitamin D, more than double the omega-3s, and 25% less saturated fat! By choosing EB over ordinary eggs, you’re getting an egg that is fresher, tastes better, and contains more vitamins and nutrients.

Peanut Butter & Jelly Cookies

Since we live in Utah, I just had to incorporate two delicious local ingredients. The honey I used for these cookies is from northern Utah, in Logan. It’s not just regular honey either, it’s mixed with raspberries grown here as well. They don’t call this the Beehive state for nothing. There are so many delicious varieties of honey to get here too. Then of course the “jelly” is made with the famous raspberries from Bear Lake, right here in Utah.  Which I hope we can go pick ourselves this year.

These cookies are beyond delicious. My girls have always loved peanut butter sandwiches, weather it’s PB and honey or PB and jelly. So why not incorporate a similar combination into a cookie? My family loves peanut butter, honey, and jelly – the perfect combination. My girls also love to help me bake, and these cookies are so much fun to create as well. The perfect kid-friendly recipe.
